How to: Preview the worksheet(s) to print.
Solution:
Select the sheet(s) to print and select 'Print Preview' from the 'File' menu. Click the appropriate buttons to view the pages or to change settings.
1) Click on the sheet tab for the sheet to be printed. (The sheet is selected.)
NOTE: To select multiple sheets, press and hold down CTRL and click on the sheet tab for each desired sheet.
2) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print Preview'.
3) Use the 'Print Preview' toolbar to do one or more of the following:
the Print Preview toolbar
a) Click 'Next' to display the next page.
b) Click 'Previous' to display the previous page.
c) Click 'Zoom' to view areas of a page more closely.
NOTE: Click 'Zoom' again to return to the full-page preview.
d) Click 'Print...' to display the 'Print' dialog box.
e) Click 'Setup...' to display the 'Page Setup' dialog box.
f) Click 'Margins' to display page margins, header/check box margins, and column widths.
NOTE: When margins and column lines are displayed, the mouse can be used to drag margins and lines to new positions.
4) Click 'Close' to close the print preview and return to the worksheet.
